Bio-mechanical vascular expansion protocol: Cyber-Vacuum Pro technology
A major biomechanical breakthrough
The device uses Biometric Baro-Regulation (BBR™), a controlled depressurization system measured in kilopascals (kPa), designed to stimulate arterial microcirculation and optimize the compliance coefficient of the corpora cavernosa.
📋 Recommended physiological mechanisms of action
- Targeted hyper-vasodilation: The partial vacuum creates a negative pressure gradient that induces a substantial blood flow into the lacunar spaces, causing maximum distension of the erectile structures.
- Endothelial stimulation: The mechanical force applied to the vascular walls (shear stress) promotes the local synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), the chemical agent responsible for smooth-muscle relaxation.
- Tissue biostimulation: Vacuum stretching engages the elasticity of the extracellular matrix and tunica albuginea, optimizing the overall hemodynamic response.
Specifications and biometric control
- High-precision barometric sensor: The LCD interface analyzes the internal negative pressure in real time (down to -60 kPa) to maintain pressure within a targeted operating range.
- Cellular cycle timer: The built-in timer allows mechanical-tension cycles to be programmed without risking tissue hypoxia.
- Emergency pressure-release valve: Instant release protection helps preserve blood microcapillary integrity.
📋 Usage and tissue-conditioning protocol
To achieve optimal results and preserve the integrity of the vascular microarchitecture, carefully follow this biomechanical protocol:
- Preparing the contact surface (lubrication): Apply a generous amount of water-based medical lubricant to the penis and the anatomical silicone sleeve. Note: Silicone- or petroleum-based lubricants (petroleum jelly) must not be used, as they may damage the sleeve’s polymer structure.
- Positioning and sealing: Insert the penis into the transparent cylinder and press the base firmly against the pubic bone to create an airtight barometric seal.
- Gradual depressurization (expansion cycle):
- Switch on the digital interface.
- Start at the lowest pressure level (between -15 kPa and -20 kPa).
- Increase the negative pressure very gradually using the
+/-controls. Never use a level that causes discomfort or pain.
- Hyperemia maintenance phase: Maintain negative pressure for a maximum cycle of 10 to 15 minutes. Sessions may be performed in intervals (e.g. 3 minutes under negative pressure, followed by 30 seconds of release through the valve).
- Pressure release and removal: Press the instant-release button to restore atmospheric pressure before removing the cylinder. If using a constriction ring, slide it to the base before releasing the pressure.
⚠️ Safety guidance and medical contraindications
Using a vacuum-pressure system requires strict adherence to physiological limits to avoid tissue injury.
- Maximum exposure time: Never exceed 20 minutes of continuous use. If using a constriction ring at the base, do not leave it in place for more than 30 minutes, to avoid tissue ischemia (oxygen deprivation).
- Pressure threshold management: The sensation should be firm but painless. Pain, numbness, coldness or discoloration (bluish/purple appearance) indicates excessive vacuum. Immediately press the pressure-release valve.
- Preventing capillary injury: Excessive pressure or an overly rapid increase in negative pressure may cause petechiae (small red spots) or bruising due to ruptured blood microcapillaries.
- Absolute contraindications:
- Blood-clotting disorders or anticoagulant treatment.
- History of priapism or sickle-cell disease.
- Severe cardiovascular conditions.
- Skin lesions, inflammation or active infection in the application area.
