Standard delivery is free on every order shipped within the United States.

• Order processing: 1 to 2 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: 7 to 14 business days, excluding any customs delays.
• Tracking: a confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as the order ships.
• Please note: weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded. Carrier, weather or high-demand delays may occasionally occur.

Satisfaction policy

Returns within 30 days

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Return condition: the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Hygiene and safety: opened or used intimate-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or have a confirmed defect.
• Return shipping: return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. SENSA covers it for a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
• Refund: after inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Protected purchase

6-month limited warranty

Your SENSA product is covered for 6 months from the delivery date against manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use.

• Resolution: after verification, SENSA may repair or replace the product. If neither option is possible, a refund may be issued.
• Warranty claim: provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video showing the defect.
• Exclusions: normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning or storage, liquid damage and cosmetic damage are not covered.
• Your rights: this limited warranty does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
